Refund Policy

We deeply regret your decision to cancel your Bookings. However, we realize that there are many valid reasons for this to happen. Cancellation must be notified in writing and it will take effect when the notification is received.
To ensure complete transparency, we've laid down a standard universal cancellation policy and terms applicable for all bookings made with us. Kindly go through the cancellation policy given below.

1. Flight Bookings :

The airline may impose cancellation fees on every reservation, which can vary depending on the flight and booking class.
According to the specific airline's policy, some reservations may not be refundable.
According to the specific airline's policy, some reservations cannot be partially cancelled .
Cancellations can be made through our website or offline by contacting our customer support team at operations@cmytrip.com (available 24x7).
We help you with a variety of booking adjustments. Rarely you might need to speak with the airline directly. The airline may impose cancellation fees on every reservation, which can vary depending on the flight and booking class.
Amendment fees may change according to the airline's policy, which varies depending on flight timings and ticket class.
We advise our customers to contact the airline directly to cancel the tickets within 24 hours of the trip and then send the cancellation request to us by mail for refunds.
Refunds will be granted in accordance with the airline fees in addition to our service fee in the event of a direct cancellation through the airline.

No-Show:

After flight departure, In case of No Show, we don’t entertain any cancellation request.
In case of No-show the refund amount is entirely depends upon the airlines. Cmytrip has nothing to do with the refund amount.

Refund’s in PNR credit:

Cmytrip.com is not required to reimburse the consumer in cash or in their bank account if the airline has provided a refund in the form of PNR credit.
The same traveler's subsequent ticket purchase on the same airline may be eligible for this credit.
The airline often issues a credit that has an expiration date after which it may no longer be utilised.
This is to clarify that any modifications, such as Any Amendment/ Modification/ Cancellation/ Reschedule, are subject to the fare rules, policies, and procedures of each airline, which are outside of our control.

Applicable charges for cancellation and modification:

Along with airline penalty, GST + Fare difference + RAF (Refund Administration Fee) + Supplier fee(if any) Applicable charges if any, along with our service charge will be charged.

Cmytrip service fee:

Cmytrip convenience fee RS.50+GST per passenger/per sector for domestic and RS.100+GST per passenger/ per sector for international air tickets as cancellation service charge and RS.1,000+GST per passenger/per sector for international soto air tickets as cancellation service charges.

Refund time frame:

As we are working as an intermediary between service provider and customer, airlines will process the refund to consolidator/wholesalers/ customer/ supplier credit/ Agency credit. The refund is not directly credited to Cmytrip.com bank account.
Once Cmytrip receives a refund from Airline/consolidator/wholesalers, we process the refund with in 12hrs


Payment Channel:

• Agency Balance: Refund will reflect Immediately.
• All other payment mode: Due to Banking Procedures, Refund may take duration of 48hrs to 7 days to reflect in your account.

2. Hotel Amendment, Cancellation And Refund Policy :

Each hotel or service provider has a different refund and cancellation policy, thus we abide by them all. Additionally, only the Original Mode of Payment will be used for reimbursements.
The rules of each hotel's or service provider's refund and cancellation policy, On Cmytrip.com, perroom per-night costs are computed based on an average of the total number of nights and booked rooms.
According to the policies of each hotel, some reservations might not be refundable.
Amendment and Cancellations can be made offline by sending an email to Our support team at hotel.ops@cmytrip.com (or) contact our customer care (24x7)- 07966766616 to do the needful as soon as possible.
We will assist you in making various amendments for bookings. In few cases, you need to contact the property directly.
In case of room night reduction/amendment, the refund shall be processed on the basis of per room per night refund amount received from the hotel/service provider and not as per the average of booking value captured.
Cmytrip levies negligible amount of RS.100+GST per room for domestic and Rs.150+GST per room for international hotel booking as cancellation service charges.
Refund Policy: The reservations which are applicable for refund as per the cancellation policy specified in each booking will be entitled for refund (if applicable)

Refund time frame:

As we are working as an intermediary between service provider and customer, Hotel/service provider/ Transporter/Other Suppliers process the refund. Once Cmytrip receives the refund from Hotel/ Service provider, we will process the refund with in 12hrs.

3. Buses :

The cancellation terms are different for each bus partner and are set by the bus partner itself. These terms are shown at the time of booking.
In the event of cancellation of a bus / service / trip by the bus partner, Cmytrip will assist the passenger in providing an alternative service, subject to availability. In case an alternative is not available, then Cmytrip shall be liable to the passenger only to the extent of refunding the sum paid by the passenger for the price of the ticket.
The cut-off time for canceling a bus ticket depends on either bus start time/boarding point time/bus origin start time.
Please read the cancellation terms provided in the search page against each bus service. Tickets booked online, should be cancelled online only.
No refund will be processed for No-Show Passengers (Passenger who do not report at the boarding point on time).
Cancellation charges are applicable on original fare but not on the discounted fare.
Some of the bus partners accept Partial Cancellation. Please go through the Cancellation Terms and conditions before booking.
Prepone (or) Postpone cannot be done once ticket is confirmed.
Any Insurance if purchased is non-refundable incase of ticket cancellation.
Service Fee/Service Tax are non-refundable for Ticket Cancellation/Service Cancellation.

Cmytrip service fee:

Cmytrip will charge convenience fee of Rs.25+GST as cancellation fee other than what the bus partner/ supplier charges for every seat cancelled.

Refund time frame:

All Refunds are processed real time automatically upon cancellation of tickets.

4. Holidays :

All the rights are reserved by Cmytrip Intl pvt ltd to determine the amount of refund payable In case of cancellation or amendment of a tour. The refund would be calculated considering various factors such as Total number of Guests, the cancellation policies of suppliers like Hoteliers, Airlines, Tour operators, Activity providers & coach operators, etc. The decision given by Cmytrip on the amount of refund shall be final.
Refunds (if any) will be processed as per the applicable terms and conditions. It will be interest-free. The company shall not be liable to pay any interest on the amount refunded to the guest.
The Liability of the Cmytrip Intl Pvt Ltd is limited to the extent of the booking amount received from the customer

Refund policy:

• If cancellations are made before 31 days from the start date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellations are made within 16-30 days from the start date of the trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellations are made within 0-15 days from the start date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
Note: In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled. In such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate available activity.
However, no refund will be provided for the same.
We will help to refund your payment as much as possible. But if the situation is beyond our limit then we don’t hold any liability.

Refund time frame:

As we are working as an intermediary between service provider and buyer, Supplier/tour operator will process the refund. Once Cmytrip receives the refund from Supplier/tour operator, we will process the refund with in 12hrs.

• All other payment mode: Due to Banking Procedures, Refund may take duration of 48hrs to 7 days to reflect it in your account.

No refund policy:

If the tour is indefinitely postponed due to natural calamities, riots, political calamities or any other unforeseen calamities, Refund is not applicable for sectors within India (or) international tours wherein air tickets are non-refundable and date change is not allowed.

Cancellation of Flight Tickets:

Flight Tickets once booked are non-refundable. Name change and date change can be considered as per the rules stipulated by the airline. Cmytrip will offer the best alternate arrangements for the unlikely case of delay/cancellation of flights due to unforeseen circumstances. No refunds (or) compensation would be made.
Cancellation of Wildlife Safaris: Wildlife safaris booked into any Wildlife National Park/Sanctuaries are non-refundable. Even a date change request will be considered as a cancellation and no payment can be refunded or adjusted against it.

Right of termination:

Cmytrip reserves the right to terminate the tour of any Guest while on the road if the Guest does not follow the group tour decorum or misbehaves with co-passengers / Tour Manager / Coach captain / Local citizens or creates nuisance etc.
Guest have to make arrangements for their return travel on their own and no refund is applicable under such circumstances.
In such cases no refund or compensation is applicable.

No show (or) absence on 1st Day tour:

If a Guest fails to join the tour on Day-1. It will consider as “No Show” no refund is applicable. Cancellation charges will be 100% at the same time all services will stand to cancel unless the Guest notifies to Cmytrip about joining the tour later at their own expense.

Discontinuation of ongoing tour:

If a Guest discontinues/terminates the tour for any personal reason, No refund will be applicable. Cmytrip team will assist the Guest to book the required services. However all expenses for the same will have to be paid by the Guest immediately in advance.
Reporting of Incidents: Any abnormal incidents including injuries, service problems, cancellation of a service or dissatisfaction must be reported to Cmytrip during the event to allow us an opportunity to rectify the situation or provide assistance

The Company reserves the right to:

Take the booking for the group tour and individual tour. Cmytrip reserves the right to say ‘No’ to the booking of any Guest without divulging any reason or justification.
Cancel the bookings even after the acceptance of the payment without assigning any reason. In this case, the company shall refund the money to the guest/ Agency through the same payment mode. Dismiss any guest from the tour for misbehaviour especially if it affects the group and Physical or verbal assault to the Tour Manager/ Co-Travellers/ Public, etc,..
Withdraw discounts at any point of time.
Change the routing of Air Travel.
Change the hotel (or) tour programme due to unavoidable circumstances.
